    Not to sound like generic Jets fan #45, but Alford could fit in well as a 34 end if the Jets wanted to upgrade at that spot. I mean, I'm sure that Kroul is a future Pro Bowler and all, but it might be worth a look to add a veteran.

    Wouldn't call him an upgrade for any contending team right now. Still trying to get his explosion back after a pretty nasty knee injury. Giants just had too many defensive linemen they like for it to be worth hanging onto a wait-and-see guy. I could see him catching on with a non-contender and developing back into a solid player, though. And I hope he does.
