Just like OJ, until you get convicted the law says he didn't rape anyone anymore than any of us did. His suspension was essentially for being a retard and getting caught up in all of this trouble to begin with. Had he been actually convicted, he wouldn't ever be on the field again. I think he's a moron too and its quite possible he indeed did rape this girl, but you can't go down the path of assumption.
