I'd love for him to do a great job at it so he can ask Shotty why he has such a hard time at it.

I'll be impressed when he calls the plays on the field like Joe Namath did.

Considering Ed Reed and Ray Lewis had a tough time doing it, I can see Sanchez struggling even more because those two are better students of the game and were tenured vets.

It'll be fun for Sanchez, but don't expect him to call a Charlie Weis game in preseason. Expect goofy playcalling with a big smile on his face

    This should be interesting.

I wonder how long the starters will play.

I'm expecting Woodhead to burst out of Clowney's crotch like a rainbow.

You realize there wasn't a question in his statement, right?

Actually, that's exactly what I'm expecting from Sanchez.

As far as I know, the starters are not playing other than say Santonio since he's out for 4 games.

    that hurts me lmao

If they had a fuckin defense, Clausen would have never have dropped to the 2nd round because he would have won more games.

Jimmy had to do everything by himself.

    4th game the starters sit.

Sanchez will be calling plays for Kellen and Brunell.

Why are any starters beside Santonio Holmes playing tonight, Jets don't need some starter getting hurt in a bogus football game.

You make a good point and its a concern. But Holmes needs to be the most ready he can be, and this is the last time he'll be on a field until week 5.

    Its a necessary risk.

Just knock on wood that he gets out safe.

I think Holmes wants to prove a point. That point being that even if he's stoned as hell he can still make 2nd and 3rd string DBs look silly
