Season Ticket holders get first crack at buying these tickets, roughly 2000 seats per game, and at 4 pm they will go on sale to general public... I guess a lot of people upgraded to PSL land.
Upper Bowl BS Probably BS, but a lot of people did move from the Non-PSL UD to the 2K and 2.5K PSL seats when they were reduced from 4K and 5K
Don't be stupid, those available uppers aren't available because people upgraded, they're available because the Jets can't con enough people to watch from low earth orbit for $95-$125 plus preseason. Yeah people upgraded, but not that many. And guess what, I just got the email too and I don't have seats for this year. The individual game tix are available for the general public starting at 4:00 pm today
If my seats suck this is the route I'm going next year, game to game. How much higher can I be than row 20 upstairs? The moon? Fuck the pre-season. On a related note, be glad we're not holding the tickets this year to Thursday's annual Extortion Bowl--a game and parking at full price where they stage a practice because Andy Reid decides he's not playing his starters and we follow suit.
Password for the Presale on right now is "GOTIME" http://www.ticketmaster.com/New-York-Jets-tickets/artist/805987
I just looked for best available for the Ravens game and it was Endzone, Last Row... So I take it that this game is just about sold out... On the flip side, you can get tickets for the Jills game in January on the 50 yard line, row 6....
I bought two tickets the Jets-Vikings game on the 11th of October. I had to check out a game in the new stadium. I wanted to buy season tickets but got married last year and saving for a house this year. Side note man ticketmaster is a pain in the ass with their website. Those damn security words suck.
The capthca security words are easy - they put up two words. One is a word they know and you need to get it right plus or minus one letter. The second word is a scan from a book that they have no idea what it is, you don't have to get that one right at all. You can usually tell which one is the scanned word because it'll have punctuation, numbers, be sideways, or be unlegible. Just type in random letters for it and you're good to go
Didn't know about the pre-sale, and got shut out of the Pats and the Fins. Scored a pair of tix to the Houston game.
