If Wilson is even half as effective as Revis was we won't skip a beat in terms of pass defense. We still may have trouble against teams like the Colts though. Revis is banking on the secondary playing like shit without him. If Wilson shows flashes in Preseason, I think that may be enough for the Revis Camp to scramble.

That's why I said can instead of will. Both Cromartie and Wilson have the ability to hurt Revis's leverage. Cromartie obviously has all the phyiscal tools: he just needs to put it back together. Wilson does, too, but as a rookie, if he played like Revis did as a rookie, that would be great. And at least Wilson would have Cromartie as a crutch. Revis as a rookie had David Barrett and Hank Poteat.
