The Jets have redesigned their website. So far I have not been able to get their videos to play despite Randy Lange saying their videos are now more accessible and in higher definition. http://blog.newyorkjets.com/2010/07/15/future-begins-today-with-our-site-redesign/
As a web designer, I am very disappointed in the redesign. It is a basic busy news style templated site. I feel they changed to an HTML site because of all the Flash/HTML 5 issues that might come up. But their is no reason it has to look or function the way it does.
It's probably just a template based CMS similar to news websites. I really can care less. There's far better content on TGG boards than NYJ.com anyway.
Looks easier to access now.. Thumbs up I guess, but I could really give a shit about the website. I go there only to watch videos/press conf.
It's a NFL supplied template, take a look at the other team sites. They're all very similar, and some are identical.
Is it me or does this look dated? I can remember seeing sites like this in the early 90s. Nope, can't see vids either - BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
Look at Sanchez's photoshop. It's actually pretty bad in the elbow and around the helmet area, they didn't take the field out of the shot.
