Maybe he had them done so shitty and vague so that when he's done he can go over them with a real tattoo. Or if he wins one with the Jets he can have a nice Jet tattoo done over that birth mark of a tattoo.
One of the reasons why the tattoo looks different/odd is because LT has dark skin. The Jets logo would have looked a lot better with some white in the middle and also around the border, but white tattoo ink doesn't look right on black skin.
You're right. Jets tattoos look better on white people. A Jets tattoo would look great right on a hairy white butt cheek.
That's roughly the point. It's supposed to be like I tore my knee up and now it's infected and I have gang green. We (the Jets) are the gang green. So I will bleed green forever. It's creative, and I don't like to be like everybody else and get a boring regular Jets logo. (although I'll probably get one of those too some day) It's much cooler than the guy with the big green 28 tattoo imo. I'd never get a tat of a specific player, even if it was a HOF QB and they won us 3+ rings. If you (or anyone else doesn't like it), then fine but no need to be a dick.
You are actually a really good sport about this you know. F them if they don't like it. You bleed green, I get it, and it works for me. It looks better since you got it touched up. I think the only thing that still looks odd to me are the letters. As for LT, yeah, those would look 100 times better if he added the appropriate yellow and white, respectively.
Yeah it makes it look less realistic that way but I wanted to have NYJ in there so people wouldn't be too confused when they saw it. Anyway, I've had a rough week, month, year, whatever, just stressed, so thanks man.
