Maybe they wanted representation at the Coney Island hot dog eating contest this weekend? It's all about the PSLs!
thats the point tho, he'd be on a min contract so the second his effort slacks you cut him ... no harm done
I think this is another PSL ploy. People will flock from lands far away to see a 300 pound QB just warm up. Hopefully we'll be destroying people a lot so our backup could do a lot of damage.
that clown shouldn't be allowed in the parking lot at the Meadowlands....let alone the locker room. I understand your logic....that it's really no sweat of the FO's ass...and that we could cut him at the drop of a hat.......but why even bother. He's terrible and a horrible influence on other players. No fucking thanks.
If we had a veteran starter, I'd love to bring in Russell as a project backup. But we already have our young guy, and we don't need to bring in Russell to maybe mess up with his mechanics. That said, I have almost as much faith in Russell as I do in Mark Brunell in winning us a game. Brunell's a better option for his veteran leadership, but he can't play anymore.
This makes total sense. Someone needs to spell Jenkins and Pouha on the DL when they get tired. I also heard that Tanny wants to get this done fast because he doesn't want to get into a bidding war with BP, who hoped to jam Russell into the massive hole at the bottom of the ocean.
:rofl::rofl: Poor Mark Sanchez. The guy's never gonna learn how to play the game the right way.
Trust me if we signed him it would only be to put another 140 pounds on him, convert him to NT, and have him sit on Henne.:finssuck:
I would take him. He played behind a weak O-line. Had no recievers. Obviously he still sucks but i'm pretty sure he could only improve and not get worse on the Jets.
Reports are swirling that Tanny has already submitted the offer: Details about the ho-ho based incentives are still speculative at this time...
Yeah, no doubt- I was not where near being serious. I'd rather have Boomer Esiason backing up Mark then that fat schmuck.
