Pretty cool to see that. I'm 42, so the moments that we could even be called a playoff lock, let alone a SB champion are few and far between. Ya' gotta believe...
It all depends on Sanchez. If he's ready to go then the Jets are the odds on favorite to get to the Super Bowl for the AFC next year. If he's not they won't. The Jets only got as far as they did last year because two teams rolled over for them at the end of the season, that's very unlikely to be the case next season - they're going to have to fully earn it.
Good enough for me. Let's just skip all of this pre/regular/post season nonsense. See you in February!
Predictions always suck, but the Cowboys one is as laughable this year as it is every year by any publication or news outlet. The Cowboys are NOT making the Super Bowl again anytime soon. Parcells was their last, best chance for a long time. There's two handfuls of teams that have a better chance because of the special relationship that exists between players and head coaches: Giants, Eagles, Packers, Vikings, Cardinals, Saints, Falcons, etc. Even the Bears have a better chance, and now, maybe the Seahawks too. As long as the Cowboys are run like marionette puppets by their owner, (Raiders and Redskins too) the team will never rise to that level. If the team doesn't believe in and respect their leader...the team can never win. I'm not afraid of the Jets pick because Rex Ryan is the reason the Jets went from 0-1000 mph overnight and why they have as legitimate a reason as anyone to win it all every year he's there.
Sweet, you will be able to check out the epic flamewer that #1JF and I got into any old time you want.
