Thanks good write up. It disturbs me though to know Sanchez and LT regularly ate at In-N-Out. Basically, it is a small step above McDonalds in quality. Emergency food but definitely not a staple for a high caliber athlete.
Pretty ridiculous statement. I'm not the biggest In-N-Out fan, but comparing the quality to McDonald's is just retarded.
That's because its a uninformed statement that offends one of the very few fast food places I actually will eat at.
Sanchez also is a culprit of scrounging McGriddles in the morning. Seriously though, It's much more important to eat healthy when you are out of shape. If you are in shape as these athletes are, and you work out constantly, it really shouldn't affect you if you eat fatty food in moderation.
I wish we had In-N-Out's here. I did just eat at Five Guys earlier which was good, but I really want to try In-N-Out. Also, good article. It makes me optimistic about how things are going.
I feel like the majority of people who scream bloody murder at fast food places are out-of-shape themselves. If you don't like it, don't eat it. Just don't preach to me in a holier-than-thou attitude. A double cheeseburger from McDonalds is incredible. Ferran Adria, arguably the world's greatest chef (his restaurant has been ranked the best 3 years running) said -about McDonalds-, "if the fast-food giant hired 10 of the world's top chefs they would not be able to make a better burger – for the price."
It's way too early for Matt Slauson to provide inspiration, if he ever does. No 6th round pick in the past 10 years has provided inspiration before their third season in the league.
