I have to admit that is a good point. It's been a while since that Buffalo game, and I remember feeling that way when it happened. But I was so impressed by his courage by coming back and playing, i kinda' forgot about that basic logic.
Yeah, that is a fair point. I know every time I ever saw Penny start moving out of the pocket I would hold my breath. He could just never understand the point of the feet first slide. But still, if our offense had been truly dynamic, you know the kind, the ones where 3rd and 14 isn't designed for a running play (yes they DO really exist,) then he probably wouldn't have had to run around so often. I'll give credit to the good point though. I'll call this one even. That still leaves two out of 3 injuries totally unqualified as his fault. All I hope is that this new line will protect whoever is behind Mangold from this point forward. Yesterday is gone. All we have left is our shot at SB XLIII, let's make it count.
