Just got 2 tickets in section 107 row 1. I have never been to Green Bay before. We will be flying into Green Bay saturday night and leaving around 6 pm game night. Just was curious of the best way to get to the stadium if anyone has been there. Also debating about renting a car, don't know how well public transportation is or taxi services are.
That NYJalltheway guy may be of assistance. Wow, joined in August of 2004 and finally posted today! That must be some sort of record.
I am going as well - staying at the Radisson - next to the casino - haven't made travel plans but will probably get there Friday, leave after the game on Saturday.
You guys are going to freeze. Dec in Green Bay, yuck. As far as directions go. Take the dirt road (main street) up past the old Tanner place, and make a left. You can't miss it. If you see the sign for East Bum F*ck you've gone to far.
Last time we played Green Bay we kicked their asses up and down the field. And they were a good GB team too. Looking forward to this game. I was at the 2002 game with a friend who is a huge Packers fan. Now we aren't friends and haven't spoken in years. I want another GB beat down.
It seems like it is 5-10 miles - looks like the airport is also about the same distance from the stadium.
Hey, I got tix to that game on ebay. 137 row 1. Last season for Favre vs Jets on the frozen Tundra.....would'nt miss it for the world.
I heard that your nuts will actually invert and sit in your large intestine for the duration of the game. Good for you but no thanks- Green Bay in December is probably as close to hell on earth as you can get! I'll be watching from my warm living room, toasting you with a cold beer and a smile.
The Radisson is a really nice hotel. You'll like it. We still call it Paper Valley Hotel over here though. Idk why... Well Packer games aren't TOO cold cuz you're always screaming and eating some sort of snack, or drink. So it's really something you should experience atleast once in your life time....seeing a Packer game wayyy up here
Thats the great thing about it. Cold, lite snow, outdoors, thats what football is all about. Domes and suites are for hoops.
I plan on going as well. Haven't bought tickets yet though. When me and my buddies saw Lambeau was one of the games this year we knew we had to make the trip out.
