    Im not Mike Tannenbaum but.......

Mangold, D'Brick, Harris are coming to the end of their rookie contracts.
Cromarti and Edwards are on short term deals.
Im assuming the Holmes deal will also be short term.

Probably missing others like Revis who will cost a bundle when the times comes.

We do have Sanchez, Greene and Keller locked in so i guess that is good.
Anyone else a bit scared. Know more about the situation than i do and like to weigh in.

can't be scared, they know what they are doing...we might end up with only one #1 reciever instead of 2 next season, but how can we complain this years roster is stacked!

I’ve given this some thought, and it makes my head hurt. We don’t even know if there will be football in 2011, or what the cap will look like in 2012. The owners won’t talk unless the union agrees to an 18% cut in the money available to the players.

Right now I am thrilled that if Sanchez plays good football this year, the Jets should be a very serious contender.

As well as Tannenbaum has done in player movement, his real expertise is in cap management.

    I’ll leave it to him

Don't worry about it until there is a new agreement. There might not even be football anymore after this year and you are worrying about contracts?

How anyone can really care about what would happen next offseason when next season is everything to this team? I'll believe in Tanny to work all of that out for 2011, because he certainly did one hell of a job putting together a roster for 2010.

yeah I wouldn't worry about it because right now we have no idea if there will even be any cap rules in 2011. If there are we have no idea what they will be.

The Mayan calender ends on Dec. 21, 2012, so it don't worry about 2013.
