    Remember these? One guy I love is Pittsburgh's La Marr Woodley - he of the "The Bengals will lay down to the Jets so they can eliminate the Steelers" quote from the last week of the regular season.

    13.5 sacks last year, entering his 3rd year of his rookie 4 year deal.
    Perhaps Pittsburgh would be willing to take Gholston for him?
    (I'd throw in the late 1st rounder too, just because I'm a generous guy.)

    getting more LB's that can get to the QB would be great. giving up 1st round picks for Steeler's garbage, no thanks.

    nobody is going trade for Gholston.....because stupid people don't work in the NFL (Al Davis excluded).
