Chad was interviewed during the Arena GA/NY game. He said his injury is coming along fine and he is looking forward to winning some games with the Jets this year. They then asked him about Kevin Swayne(who is on the Dragons) for which he only had good words to say. He commented that Kevin basically played 2 years straight of football - (AFL,CFL,NFL?). Swaynes stats for the day - 8 rec - 94 yards - 2 TD. It's a defensive battle at this point - 58-53 GA..... Chad then commented on the accuracy of the AFL quarterbacks and that some them have what it takes to get to the next level. Other than some small talk, no real indications of his progress.
i think swayne played in the xfl too.. i ermember before he was on the jets.. on the dragons he was really good. i was really pullin for the guy to do sompithng but he never lived up to the hype
It was the XFL, not the CFL. The excitement of the AFL game must of overwhelmed my listening skills.....
