Best thing for Pace to do now is to retire. Unless he can be moved to guard or sumthin, but even then I still believe we are better off with what we have. I don't see him becoming a backup I can't believe the guy is hurting that bad enough for money to do that to himself.

Maybe the OP is on to something. From the look of this most recent pic of Brick I found, it does look like he could use a good grooming.

Brick is a Don. A huuuuuuuuuge step from last year performance wise. I'd rather sign somebody off the street for a quarter of what Orlando Pace would cost(just for a backup/depth)
I'd have to assume this is a sarcastic joke....... the only potential role for Pace may be a backup position at the vet minimum, which he wouldn't accept and that's the most he's worth. How about draft 2 new kids for Woody & Faneca to groom to play RT & OG
