I answer a question like this not based on only one or two years' performance. I have been a big fan of Sean Ellis for quite some time, and Mangold more recently since he's been so solid and leading the OL, so essential to the team's success. Revis is probably the team's best player right now, and I have tremendous respect for him as well for the way he carries himself, the way he goes about getting it done. But he's not yet my favorite. I also admire Jones for the way he goes about doing his job. He was a bit banged up toward the end of the season, and Greene is no doubt a player with good things in his future in addition to someone who came on strong as the season progressed. But Jones doesn't fumble and gets it done. Leonhard was also a huge addition this past season, but again he's only been here one year. I also think Cotch is a great player.
Sanchez is our guy, so he gets my pick. Revis and Mangold a close second. Honorable mention to Leonard, he reminds of a Wayne Chrebet on defense. Not because he's a short white guy, he seems to have an intangible, play making presence around him.
