I don't know why, in this playoff run I haven't been nervous at all (ok, in a couple of plays). Normally I almost can't bear to watch important games, but this time it's all excitement. It's probably the fact that no one expected us to be here and we have nothing to lose. So I know I will enjoy the game again no matter what happens (ok, if we choke in the last play it will be a little painful hehe). I now just vaguely remember those old times when I punched the couch, for example, ages ago, in the game against the Falcons hahaha. Lets go JETS! Just one more!
I feel like a big kid. I was 9 in 1982 and the game wasn't on in the UK. I was 25 in 1998 and was thinking we were going to win it all the following season This time I am 36 and God I hope I don't have to wait those lengths of time again for this butterfly feeling in my stomach.
