I love that it was the actual recorded live game in its entirety and not some edited NFL Highlight Film, which is what came out in 97 on VHS with a Steve Sabol presentation and the occasional interviewed comment on what happened during the game by members of both teams. They should air all the Super Bowls on occasion so we can see how each one had played out.
Wow, we must be about the same age. I was born on Revis' birthday(Bastille Day) 1970. I became a diehard after Mehl's second pick in 82, cried myself to sleep the next week. I have seen this game many times, but for some reason Johnny Sample did stick out to me last night. Maybe because of #24 playing like a beast in the secondary. His play knocking the ball down after the Colts got the onside kick at the end of the game was huge. I love Joe asmuch as the next guy, but Snell, or the O-line deserved that MVP
