I really don't know. I felt good about San Diego. I feel like we can beat any team in the NFL, so I definitely think we have a chance. Will we win? I don't know. The Colts are a slightly better version of the Chargers. We just need to make tackles and not let Clark kill us. I think we'll be right in this game. The problem is, I think Manning is the one quarterback who can beat us late. I mean, Matt Ryan and David Garrard did it. Rivers moved the ball when he had the chance late. I think Manning could, too. But we'll definitely make it a ball game. Shonn Greene needs to break tackles and bust big runs.
Sorry, I took a minute to put up the poll. Damn beard is driving me crazy and I missed the poll button first time around.
Feeling like this game is going to be for the zebras to ultimately decide :/ unfortunately thats a BAD sign for us
I have no idea what any of those options mean. Go Jets. (I'm picking the lobster one... is that good?)
Feels like the Colts game is the only one that matters. Both of those teams in the NFC are going to be fodder. And all its gonna take to beat the colts is 2 maybe 3 big plays. Whether they be fumbles, ints, or kick returns. Or just Peyton having an off day, since he IS the entire Colts team.
Holy obscure references, Mr. Furious! Well done! I'm going with the Shoveler since we're playing the spoiler role.
The Shoveler always winds up face down after getting hit on the head at some point and then gets up and starts shoveling again. Sounds like the Jets to me.
The Colts are just really damn good. We will have to play nearly perfect(turnover free) football for 60 minutes.
Ever see the movie Mystery Men? Ben Stiller, William H Macy, Paul Reubens, Janeane Garofalo, Hank Azaria. Funny superhero comedy flick. Edit: Fuck. Beaten by two other posters, but my point still stands
Bad examples. That was a different Jets team. The Jets are going to beat the Colts. I am PUMPED!
Feeling good. Can't let Clark kill us or Peyton work any 2 minute heroics. Much easier said than done though.
I feel good. obviously the colts are incredibly good and peyton manning is always peyton manning. Record wise and home field advantage and QB advantage will cause most people to pick the colts. However I feel like we have the formula to win and we have alot of momentum. have to be physical and limit mistakes. this is a better, more polished and confident team than the colts faced in week 16. everyone in the jets locker locker room smells the chance at the superbowl. if the ghosts of indy playoff past are still around, you know never what can happen if anyone can pull off the upset, its this team
HAHAHA!! Me too man! And I'm in Florida, its starting to get hot again, I'm doing my best to stick it out, but I'm also getting shit about the beard at work. I'm gonna stand strong tho!
I believe that if it is a close game, we will win. Nothing is more crucial in those type of situations than a great O-line/running game and a dominant defense. However, if Manning is 100% on, and gets some points early...we could be in for a long day. We need to keep him out of his rythym and make him force some things. If we do that we have the formula to win.
