I don't know if anyone saw the pregame interview w/ Rivers. He not once said anything about the JETS and actually never even said the name of the team. Everything was about how they prepeared and know what they have to do and how they this and they that. Now, the confirmation of my reasoning... I just heard on ESPN radio that in the Pregame warmups several CHARGERS were telling Scott "the JETS didn't belong there" and talking a ton of smack. Now, I have no issue with the smack talk, shit we preach that shit but the lack of respect towards the JETS means you have no idea what you are about to face. I'm sure they studied film did this and that but IMO... The lack of respect meant they had no idea. You don't lay down.....we lay you down! now, you can enjoy the Q as in QUIET..
What a nice win. The Jets traveled cross country and whooped a heavily favored team in their house. I don't know if it's because I've lived in SoCal for so many years, or because they've had some misfortune (much like the Jets), but I did kind of like the Chargers. But after the lack of class they displayed today, they deserve the loss. I hope it sticks in their craw all off-season.
It's a great win. Are you shocked about the Chargers behavior. They played like a bunch of spoiled kids and it bit them in the ass. I have played on alot of playoff teams in hockey and not one of them made mistakes like the Chargers did. They were just undisciplined and played like they expected the Jets to just roll over for them..............

I hope the Jets win it all and are known as the "Team that didn't belong" for all of eternity. The chargers fans are terrible. Taking a shit on Kaeding after telling us all week that their high flying offense would be too much to handle. Be pissed that your prolific passing game didnt have the success you wanted, not the kicker because they couldnt get the job done to begin with.

Looking very much like the Giants Super Bowl winners - Great o-line, solid running game, conservative mistake-free offense, limited penalties (especially personal fouls), great defense - Keep it close, give the defense a chance to win it and take advantage when you have the chance. Perfectly done. When you play like that, you have a shot against anyone.
Our O-Line can take more then any off these teams can dish out. They took Cincy and SDs 1st half barage and then imposed their will in the second half. It is similar to the Ali-Foreman rope a dope. Hit us with your best, we will still come out on top. You better respect the best O-Line in the game.
