Gets announced on the NFL Network Show at 7pm tonight. Who do you think from the Jets make it? Would think that Revis, Mangold, Faneca, DBrick and Thomas Jones would be their leading candidates.

Revis, Mangold and Faneca are the only ones I see making it

Revis without a doubt will be a pro bowl starter.

I think D'Brick makes it. Probably Mangold.

Revis, Mangold, and Faneca will get in. Faneca just because he's a lineman that has been in forever.

D'Brick isn't going to beat out Long, Clady, or Thomas but he's had a very good year and we should be happy to have him here.

Thomas Jones has had another solid season but I doubt he gets in.

edit: forgot about the hitman. He should be in too.

To be fair we had like a dozen pro-bowlers in last year and didn't make it to the playoffs. :)

Revis and Mangold should be starters.

Jones, Brick, and Harris should be there, but I doubt any of them make it.

Faneca might get in, but really shouldn't.

    Revis and Mangold, for sure.

Ferguson, Faneca, and Richardson are possibilities. Keep in mind, Richardson gets no attention, but has been a stud for us this year.

Not sure why people are discounting TJ. The guy is 31 and is second in the AFC in yardage, and tied for second in rushing TDs (12).

Revis and Mangold are probably about locks

Harris should and probably will make it

Ferguson and Jones might make it. The reasons Jones wouldn't are Chris Johnson, Ray Rice, and Maurice Jones-Drew.

Faneca might make it because of his name...

The fact that Faneca was leading all Guards a couple weeks ago shows how dumb this whole probowl voting is. I think players and coaches votes need to have much more weight than the fan's, as they will actually vote based on performance and not based on reputation or favourite team.

People vote offensive linemen on name alone more than any other position. Hell, I bet if you put Larry Allen on the ballot right now he would be the leading vote getter.

Faneca has gone from overrated to underrated on this site. He's still good.

i think his block down the field on the long TJ run made up for his horrible mistake against the falcons

That hit in the Falcons game came *right* as the whistle blew. It was a BS call, totally legit, and not his fault.

But yes, that was great hustle to get TJ an extra 5-10 yards, and almost into the endzone...

Top rated defense should really have more than one player (Revis) in the Pro Bowl. Harris should be in, Scott should be considered, as should Pace. But these things are very political (see Faneca), so who knows....

absolutely....i think of the three players you mentioned harris is probably the guy as he leads the team in tackles....anyone who leads a top defense in tackles should be in the pro bowl...but as you said we'll see
