Going to be in LV for the Colts and bengals games and was hoping some guys on here could help. Would like to watch in a jets friendly bar as most of the strip places fill up with your usual Patriot/Giants fans ( i.e glory seekers!!) Thanks!:beer:
Check out JR's Place. On the corner of Durango and Russell, off 215. Trust me it's the best place in Vegas for Jets games. You'll have to get there by cab, but it's worth it. Great game specials and the food is AWESOME. I lived in Vegas for 5 years (recently moved) and when we were looking for a place to watch Jets games, a friend and I met with the owners and found out they were Nu Yawkers. JR's is definately the place to go... it's unsespecting but they have really good Italian food and good specials during the game. I've always had my son with me so I never drank so I can't help you with the beer specials. They have alot of TV's and a few big screens but it's very clean which is a change because the old bar was a shithole. They have a nice dining room so if you have Mrs Maynard she isn't forced to stand in a bar. (I always sit in the dining room because I have my son) Depending on my work schedule maybe I'll come out and have a pint with you. Sorry to say though that eel pie is not on the menu. Are you taking the nonstop into Vegas from Heathrow on BA or the Gatwick on Virgin?
Eel pie....... damn...!! lol! I am flying straight in from Heathrow with Virgin , got my wife with me but she now understands the game and standing at the bar is second nature!!!!!! If you want to meet for a beer for the Colts game let me know and we can hook up in JR'S.
Okay guys heading for JR's will probably hit the place around 12 to see end of early games.Hope some of you will be there.
