I took the new stadium tour, nothing special, and I was actually considering buying season tickets........this is the product you put on the field???? Take those PSL's and shove em up your ass Woody! On second reading, I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of this thread is, so I'll make my own for what I'd written originally.
Yeah, they should know it takes 50 to 100 years to win the Superbowl, not 40. We're delusional? Look at the track record, brotha - and there is NO indication that next year is going to be any different right now just because 8 months is going to pass. There is a ton of work to be done if this team is going to win. It's not just one part of the team that failed, all of them did at some point. We'll be happier when we see progress. Until then, we have every right to be upset. We want the team to actually be good, and that makes us whiners? Huh? After going 3-0, all of a sudden this is a rebuilding year? That's making excuses. The team played well enough to win every game, but blew every loss over stupid avoidable plays, but that's ok because they're rookies? Not in my opinion. They simply had too much potential to perform this poorly.
Whats it like checking the scores in the newspapers on Monday and never watching the games? That is what you must do or you would not write this comment. If you watched the games, you would know why the fans are angry.

I just do not understand why the new stadium does not have a roof. Yes it's more money and not just a little bit more, however it opens up a huge market for people who will not buy season tickets for an open area venue in the northeast winter and it also opens up the Super Bowl. What a nightmare for the Jets/Giants.

I understand everything except that. It makes absolutely no sense, and it's a detraction for people buying PSL's.
If we were just going to stay in a shared stadium I was content where we were. Personally aside from it being "Giants Stadium" I really don't think it's that bad as is.
Give the team a chance. We have a rookie QB and a rookie HC. We are builidng a very good defense. The whole team needs to improve but I have confidence that this coaching staff (with the exception of Schotty) can get it done.
It does not have a Roof because The Mara`s ,Tisch`s & Woody Johnson believed that they had invested 1.8 Billion Dollars to have this thing built & the 200 million it was going to cost to have the Roof put on so a Super Bowl could be played here would be a small amount for the state to pay with all the tax revenue that will be brought in just off ticket sales and food sales but the state said no-way and thats why the roof isn`t on yet
