Run the Mother Fucking ball 35-40 times a day, control the clock and pass using play action/screens 10-15 times and play stout D. Every game day there are 15 threads that are just people complaining within an hour. They all are about a sentence long and just people bitching.
we are averaging just over 2 yards a carry. that doesnt add up to 10 yards if you run it three times. We are running more today than our season average (59% today, 57% this year) which is the most in the league. I think the run/pass ratio is good, just that we seem to pass at some odd times.
Use the run to set up play action for big plays down the field. The game is being called properly, execution, execution, and execution!!!!

How much more do you want the Jets to run it? The Jets have put it on the ground 59% of the time, and they're getting next to no yardage. Believe it or not, Schottenheimer cannot be blamed for everything. At a certain point the players have to execute.

its 30 degrees and windy out, you have the best running game and o-line in the league, a rookie qb. Logic would say that you should run the ball 35 times, yet somehow our moron OC decides to throw the ball 32 times. If Feeley hits the FGs its a moot point but still, unbelievalbe.
Favre criticized Schottenheimer for not letting the quarterback read the defense with all the ridiculous motions the offense runs before the snap. Now that he's out of the system, Favre is back to playing like himself while our talent offense looks like the offense we had under Kotite. The playcalling sucks and the play designs suck. Schottenheimer might be a great positional coach but he's not cut out for playcalling in this league. Promote Callahan or bring in someone who can run an effective offense with a group loaded with talent.
What the f*ck are you talking about? We were gaining 2 yards on every rushing play that kept giving us 2nd and longs and 3rd and longs. What do you want Schotty to do? Schotty has improved big time in the last 3-4 games. Don't blame it on Schotty if we miss 3 FG tries. He has been dealing with new QB every single year. Show some sportsmanship, especially when you lose. Don't just point fingers for the heck of it.
