that offense will sputter without turner.

they have a much better line, and no one should expect them to be held to 7pts, but the defense should keep them in check.

it all comes down to taking advantage of that young secondary. they have a good LB corp. Curtis Lofton is a great player. I have tons of respect for him

I think we're almost better facing a gimpy Ryan than Redman who has been taking the practise reps for the last 2-3 weeks.

These guys played a hell of a game against New Orleans this week.

This is not going to be easy by any stretch.

If it weren't for 2 Sanchez turnovers that turned into 14 points, we played a hell of a game against the Saints too. Our defense held the best offense in the league to 10 total points.

What exactly does that have to do with Atlanta?

I'm not ripping the Jets, I'm giving credit to Atlanta who is far from a bad team. This game will look nothing like the Tampa game.

I dont agree with that I would rather play against the back-up.

I would assume (unless you are dumb) that people would not expect this game to be like the Bucs game. The Falcons are a good team who are dealing with key injuries this year. They are not as good on the road as they are at home though, which gives the Jets the edge.

idk i would think they'd be cautious with an injury to their franchise QB, if he's not 100% I'd imagine they'd hold him out

I understand where you're coming from, but remember: we suck against new quarterbacks. For some reason, we have for the last couple of years. Ryan Fitzpatrick, Seneca Wallace, Shaun Hill, Chad Henne... If there isn't a lot of film on the guy, we have trouble.

There's film on Ryan. We can identify his tendencies and attack. When you add the rust factor and the fact that he's probably only 80% at best, I think I'd rather face Ryan than Redman.

Yeah I'm beginning to lean with you on this one. Also the backup for Atlanta appears to have played a solid game(judging by the stats I didn't see the game)

Will the entire Accounting department of NY Jets be on call Sunday night in case Jets win so they can start shipping play-off invoices?

Seriously, how many more games before Jets send me an invoice? For once I am looking forward to a bill in the mail.

Matt Ryan the last 5 games he played the falcons went 1-4 threw 7td and 8 ints... He definately has struggled this year.
Jerious Norwood has some serious speed.. I think speed backs hurt us more than bruising backs...

Norwood is the Falcons version of Leon Washington.
