I'm pissed off. I mean, I'm really pissed off. I usually get really depressed for about five days after a loss, before I start looking ahead to Sunday, but tonight, I'm just pissed the fuck off. This team is gonna fuckin' kill me. BUT, this is MY FUCKING TEAM. And no, I'm not proud of them, nor do I condone any of the bullshit they've pulled the past seven weeks. But this is MY team. I'm not going to bitch and moan and cry, "boooohooooo I can't take it anymore! There's no point in being a Jets fan, they never win! I like the Giants now. Waaaaaaaah!" FUCK THAT SHIT. I am a fucking JETS fan. I've been that way since birth and I'm not going to change it now or anytime in the future. I HATE the way this team makes me feel each season, but this was a choice I made as an infant, and I stand by my decision. I fucking LOVE this team. I LOVE the New York Jets. I identify myself with this team, and I go back to the stadium each week with the hope that maybe, just MAYBE, this is our year. This is not going to change. To all you assholes who can't take it anymore: Get the fuck out. You obviously don't know what it's like to be a true fan. I'll be here when we finally come through. You'll be at home wearing an Eli Manning jersey with your thumb up your ass. Go Jets.

i love my Jets, my cousin played for them for 12 years, i have been living and dying by them since 1982 - i was 7. I will nevr quit on them , but you keep asking when will it be our turn? This season comes down to the Colts beating the Pats tonight and us showing up next week. That happens and we find a way to be 1 game game back of NE after next eek we have something to play for. NE wins tonight they will be three games up. The wild card is a pipe ream right now with our AFC record.

That's just it. I don't get the mentality that if you're a true fan, when your team plays like shit you should show your loyalty by not offering criticism. That's a scary mentality if you ask me. Love the Jets. Will watch and cheer and scream and curse every week. But the reality is, we're likely not making the playoffs and who the hell knows where this team will be next year. It sucks, I'm disgusted, but I am also a fan.

hehe i love when people (myself included) use the term we, or my team. i know i didnt do shit today, i know that the team doesnt give a shit what i think. of course you are supposed to cheer for your team, you appreciate their effort and the fact that they entertain you. at least the jets have been entertaining this year.
