Playcalling has been great in the game I've been watching. Execution has been shitty. I think the shitty execution is bringing attention to the few poor play calls that are inevitable and would be both overlooked and unnecessary if the good play calls were finished properly.
A 1 possession game at halftime, let's see some good half-time adjustments on how to stop their offense..and how to TACKLE.
I really think that the Jets have had opportunities on offense...they've had a lot of single coverages where either Sanchez didn't make the throw or the receiver (read: Keller) didn't make the play. The Jets will be able to score a little in the second half, I'm way more concerned about the defense buckling down and keeping them in it.
yeah lets add that over throw to the several bounced passes. The easy pass on the screen for the easy TD, and the horrible under throw on his first pick. I think he will be great, but he is not ready. He is losing the team.
If a brand new football fan ever asked me "What's to know about the Jets and their history?", I would respond by saying "Another year of Jets football", and that is it. We aren't out of this game, but it's just so frustrating to watch.
2nd half we need an immediate stop and a scoring drive. 1 possession by each team will determine the game.
D needs to shut them down, have only stopped them once. The missed FG was a gift that we're letting go to waste.
