Here's the audio of the Jets Midseason Report that we did with Newsday's Jets Beat Reporter Rod Boone on my Long Island Sports Talk radio show last night.

It's 32+ commercial-free minutes of nothing but Jets talk in MP3 format and can be found at
    http://sportstalk903.libsyn.com

Thanks to everyone who submitted questions.

Here's a breakdown of the topics discussed:

--What does the 4-4 record tell us?
    --Braylon Edwards
    --Cotchery's Hamstring
--Lack of conditioning because of certain common injuries?
    --Thomas Jones/Leon Washington/Shonn Greene in 2010
--Any chance the Jets look past the Jags this week?
--Should the Jets have gone with a more experienced backup QB?
    --The Offensive Line
    --Alan Faneca
    --Replacing Kris Jenkins
    --Vernon Gholston
    --Lito Sheppard
    --Rex Ryan's confidence
    --Steve Weatherford
--Kicking to Ted Ginn Jr./Special Teams changes
    --Tony Richardson
    --Danny Woodhead's WR Training
--Remaining Schedule (/small margin for error/what record makes the playoffs?)
--Is the Jags game a "Must Win?"
--The Days off during the Bye Week
--The relationship between Ryan and Tannenbaum
--Ticket sales for the new stadium
    --Stopping Maurice Jones-Drew

    Hope you enjoy!

In the interview, you'll hear that the 2 of them are very good friends. And, in our Boland Yankees interview from a few weeks ago on the site, Erik said that the Yankees beat is the #1 beat to get at the paper.

Oh come on, you mean to tell me that he'd rather follow a championship baseball team around and forego the "perks" associated with being the NY Jets beat reporter?

A wise man he is not...
