Knowing that a Patriots win today would at least give you guys a little cushion over Miami, but it would increase our lead in the AFCE. At least we gave you a blueprint on how to stop Miami. Feel free to use it next year. Oh and by the way....I am SO looking forward to 11/22. I know you guys are too.
I hope your genitals, rot away because of flesh eating virus unexpectedly before that game..... just so you enjoy it less
and how to shut down the wildcat, and how to make henne look like absolute garbage (even though he already is)..but ok.
I actually was thinking to myself how beatable New England is this season. I was wrong about them. I thought they were elite, but something is just not there. (5-4) Jets at (6-3) Patriots will be interesting in two weeks.
While I think the Pats will win this game in New England, I hardly think it's gonna be the asskicking you make it out to be. New England is better and they should win at home but the Pats hardly look like the team of two years ago. They are very beatable but I think they'll win this game.
I never said it was going to be an "Asskicking". I am merely saying that we are not the same team you saw the first time around and I'm hoping for a little payback. You can't blame me for wanting that, can you?
I believe the Pats are getting better every week. If Brady remains healthy, they will be tough to beat. If our defense remains healthy too, then I'm feeling real good about this year. I'm not making any predictions about the Pats-Jets game other than the team the Jets will be seeing is not the same team they beat earlier. The offense is coming around, the defense is holding teams to about 20 or less points. The Jets have been struggling and I think the Pats will take advantage of that. You might hate the Patriots, but you have to admit that BB has probably learned quite a bit about the Jets strengths and weaknesses ever since week 2 and will have a game plan that is sure to give Sanchez a headache. But we all know the old saying-"Any given sunday"!
Um...we learned how to shut down the wildcat last year after they hosed us with it the first time we played them in Miami.
I think the Pats have progressed and the Jets have regressed somewhat although other than the Miami game our D has stayed pretty consistent. I don't blame you as we've beaten you two in a row which is quite an accomplishment for any team since Chicken has been at the healm in NE. I think you'll get your payback but I think it will be because our offense will screw it up but I think if we can get pressure on Brady there is no Fred Taylor to bail you out this time. If Brady can avoid the pressure it's gonna be hard for us to get a W.
We stopped Miami last week w/ our D,. we did a MUCH better job than you guys did. It was the STs blunders and the fumble on O thta cost us the game. I bet you were looking forward to week 2 as well.
it actually wasn't bothering me. the only thing that bothered me was that the Pats didn't cover, they tied the spread. Watching Chad "Vagina Head" Henne lose is funny.
I didn't pay attention to the game, and I will only care what effect the Pats winning had plays on the Jets' chances for a playoff berth at the end of the season. Crowing on a Jets board about the Pats beating the Phins. It's no wonder you wouldn't miss your balls.
True, NE did....but it isn't like it is rocket science or something.....Its a single wing offense. You contain it inside and fill gaps. Why the Jets didn't do that the first go round is beyond me.....hmy:
