2 qb's starting (6pts per touchdown, .5 ppr) in a really deep league. This guy needs a qb2 (he has collins/anderson right now)

    He offered me:
    Anderson or Collins
    Wayne or Hines Ward

    For
    Henne
    Steve Smith (NYG)

Henne is my qb3 (Warner/Romo) so I can spare him and pray my starters don't get injured. Do you think I should pull the trigger and for who?

I have Clark as my TE. My other WRs (start 3) are Calvin, Braylon, A. Bryant, and Massaquoi.

Since Henne is your 3rd QB, you should have no problem givving him up. However, Steve Smith has been great, and I sincerely believe that he is a top 15/20 WR from this point on. Is Wayne or Ward that large of an upgrade? Your WR corps is awesome the way it is. I wouldn't touch it. What about trying to snag an upgrade at RB?

Ward and Smith are about equal value right now, with Smith having more upside. You need to get more for that trade as it would essentially be you giving up Henne and Smith for a single comparable receiver.

    Definitely No.

I tried, he wouldn't budge on his top 2 rbs. That is my weakest spot.

    I have:
    D. Williams, J. Jones, L. Maroney, M. Lynch

    He has:
    M. Turner, T. Jones, W. Parker, R. Bush

Actually, I would say that neither of you are looking too good at RB. You definitely need an upgrade at RB2 though. What about Henne and Bryant for TJ? What do his other WRs look like?

Wow, his WRs are stacked. Throwing in Bryant doesn't add anything for him. Henne and Julius or Maroney for Thomas?

    I would trade Henne/S.Smith for Anderson/Wayne in a heartbeat.

Henne and Anderson are a wash as your #3 QB, and Wayne>>Smith.
    No-brainer, IMO.

Culpepper and Jonathan Stewart for Shonn Greene? (I play in a very deep league with a lot of starters)
