Yes, thats right. They are a pathetic team. One of the worse in the NFL right now and that bunch includes the Lions, Rams, and Chiefs (even Titans). How do I come to that conclusion? Well, that PoS team needed 6 interceptions to beat the Jets. They also needed an extra 12 minutes on top of the 60 minutes. Two or three years ago, Romo threw 5 interceptions against them, but the Cowboys still won, in regulation. Buffalo beat the Jets. Where does that put us, the Jets? I am totally gutted at the teams performance. Sanchez has been inconsistent. You can pick on our playcalling but apparently Schotty doesn't play QB. And he doesn't do holding, jump offsides, illegal contact, defensive holding (defensive holding??), or personal foul. The D played very good. Good enough to win but when your offense throws 5 interceptions (one more by Weatherford), the D has a lot of work to do with short fields to cover. Who sucked more in the game, the Bills who need overtime and 6 interceptions to win, or Sanchez who at one point had 6 completions and 4 interceptions?
and the raiders beat the eagles. you never know in the nfl, hence they actually play the games. doom and gloom aside, there's a lot of season left. i'm going to see where it takes us.
Buffalos D is awful the fact that sanchez couldnt get his shit together enough to handle this game and put up over 20 is embarassing. We rushed 300 yards and score 13 points thats just silly.
If this is supposed to be some flame at the Bills then we know. Thanks for making us keep Dick Jauron for atleast another week, and lessen our chances at a real QB in the draft. We will struggle to win more than 2 games the rest of the way out especially if Fitzpatrick is the QB for any prolonged period of time.
we always split with the bills. division rivalries are tough for a reason. oh wait. HOLY SHIT WE SUCK!
Maybe, just maybe cuz I live in Dallas and they are in the NFC and the only way we play them this yr would be in the super bowl, which certainly isn't happening in 09 to say the least. Don't you think?
Yes, exactly. If we had lost after throwing maybe two picks, it would have been better. But to throw 6 ints and opponent still couldn't beat you in regulation, you are probably playing against the worst team in NFL. And to lose to them should gain us and hopefully the team some 'sympathy'.
yeah i was being facetious. fact is, it was a divisional game. they're tough. sure the bills, on paper, are a weaker team. so logic concludes we should have won handily. but, and bear with me on this one, we didn't. oh teh noes!!!
The Bills do suck but they beat us... Did anyone in here really doubt after we blew that drive at the end of the half we were going to win?? Half way through the 3rd quarter I got that feeling. Everyone knows the feeling...we're winning but barely hanging on just waiting for the opposing team to take it from us. I have seen that game in several seasons too many times. But these are our Jets no?? Now this is how the rest of the year would go if you were writing a Jets movie. We win next week in Oakland and convincingly beat Miami, hold down Ricky and Ronnie at home. Go into the bye feeling great. Play Jacksonville and get our asses handed to us as Mo Jones Drew runs for 250. Back to hell we go. We go to NE and win!! The divison is ours again!! Who would have thought?!? Next...Carolina at home...Delhomme goes 32/41 356yds and 4TD's because for some reason we generate no pass rush. NExt..off to Toronto..beat the Bills like we should have the first time and the following week we stomp all over Tampa. Go Jets!!! We lose a tough one to Atlanta...still looking good for a wildcard and maybe even the division!! Go to Indy and play a hell of a game. We have a 6 point lead with 45 seconds left only to watch P Manning throw 5 passes and score a TD. Heart Breaker...Go home the following week only to lose a 6 - 3 game to the Bengals because T Jones fumbled the ball on the 5yd line with 50 seconds to go. Ugh....so...who are we drafting??
good luck getting through. its like a handful of people keep saying this, but they're drowned out by the rampant "we suck" nonsense.
Buffalo could easily be 4-2 if it weren't for two boneheaded ST's plays (NE & CLE). Hmmmm, pathetic? No. Elite? No. The look of a 7-9 team? Always..... Ugh...
You're right. We forget about game 1 versus the Patriots. Buffalo always plays the Jets tough. who knows...
Absolutely. I will have to say that, yet again, the AFC East is shaping up to be the most competitive division in the NFL.
This is the NFL, it's not Florida playing Central Connecticut State, they are all professional players and on any given Sunday the worse or better team can win. (That's why in all the years of the NFL only one team has gone perfect, althought here have been plenty of elite teams that were better then everyone, you still lose).
