Some people were getting way ahead of themselves predicting what seed we would be! I wanted to see us bounce back after the Saint loss with gusto and show some fire-take it out on Miami and show everyone that they were for real and that the coaches would make needed adjustments--never happened! I wanted to see us take advantage of a reeling Bills team at our house--a division foe and a HOME GAME WE SHOULD WIN---did not happen!
I learned my lesson long ago--you take no one lightly and you DO NOT LOOK AHEAD! You take em one at a time! I hate to say it but we are at a crossroad in our season and we will find out how good this coaching staff actually is!

well the seeding happened after the 3-0 start. i understood the enthusiasm, and its seemed possible.

But now with a hobbled team and rookie qb who has been figured out, they are a mediocre team. shit happpens. If the big guys are out for a while its going to be a tough stretch. the over 30 dudes are going down. that's like clockwork in the NFL.

its time to get the DL younger. Three 30+ guys on the line is dangerous and its showing. the draft has to refill those lines - we've been harping on that since the pre-season.

One week at a time is the mantra, but with fandom its impossible. The Raiders will be a tough task with the injuries and no momentum coming from three losses. Lets hope for the best come next sunday. Be prepared for a battle.
