Jump online to the Jet game forum at the half and people are arguing whether the Jets could beat New England later in the season. Can't make this stuff up.
The irony is, if you would've told people before the season started that the Jets would be 3-3 after 6 games, most would have jumped at it. This development is so disappointing both because a) we started 3-0 and looked great doing it; and b) the WAY we've lost these games. We could just as easily have been 6-0 or 5-1. To me, it's the undisciplined stuff - the mental mistakes, the penalties - that bug me the most.
Yes, but they would have expected the wins to be vs the Texans, Fins, and Bills, not losses to the last 2. If you said we'd be 3-3, but lose to the Fins and Bills at the beginning of the year, I don't think many would take that.
