It's impossible. 300 yards, and you still FUCKING LOSE. 6 INTERCEPTIONS. WHY ARE YOU THROWING THE BALL SOJ
looking at it from the bills perspective.... how do you record 6 interceptions, and only score 16 points... but my god, something is up with Mark... what we need more than anything right now is a trip to California to play a game in good weather and get his confidence back..... oh wait.... thank god we are going to Oakland next week.
it's kinda sad how bad the bills are too 6 INT's and +4 in turnovers and it takes OT and a holding call to win. jets are not any better though.
By having half of those yds come in 3 or 4 plays which means no ball control and no wearing out the other team. 6 ints don't help however the Bills couldn't capitalise on this so the D is doing reasonable. Not knoc out like we hoped but to only give up 16 points on 6 turnovers
Because the 300 yards rushing were wasted with 6 interceptions, 5 by Sanchez. So no scoring on all those yards
I was gonna make a thread about this but WOW we just accomplished something very few if ANY teams have ever done. Rush for 300+ yards and lose hahahahaha omg
M Sanchez 10/29 119yds 0TD 5INT That's how. Add a fumble/ sack that probably cost us a FG and a sack taken (-15 yds) in a 2nd down situation that effectively killed a drive, And top it off with Penalties (Number-Yards) 14 - 96 . And you have a recipe for a classic gut-wrenching Jets defeat. The only thing that could have made it more Jet-like, was if it were the final game of the regular season with a "win and you're in" situation for the Jets. That would have made it truly Jets Vintage.
They'll be at home, coming off a win. We've just got to hope that Sanchez finds his majic back in SoCal.
Buffalo ran for 307 yards on Thanksgiving Day 1976 and lost 27-14 to Detroit. Not sure if there were any other occasions where a team surpassed the 300-yard rushing mark and still found a way to lose.
