These are two guys I see a lot in Jet mocks, just wanted to see what some of you guys thought. Jones has been shooting up Draft boards and is a really nice fit for us IMO. He is great against the run and would be a nice upgrade over Leohnard. I'm not sure what to think about Hardy. Is there any chance he can play 3-4 DE?
I dont know about Hardy, it doesnt really make sense to get another 3-4 rush linebacker from a need value, considering we have Gholston and Westerman. I hear good things about Hardy, and maybe Jones in a latter round but probably not our 1st
Hardy's a 34 OLB if anything, and would probably be a darn good fit at the spot. My issue with Hardy is that, unless I'm mistaken, there have been a lot of reports about him being a problem off the field. Not in the traditional sense, but more of a motivation to play/be on the team kind of deal.
no way hardy is a 3-4 end could be a good rush linebacker he is a def 1st rounder and i would rather see us do something else
Hardy would be a great fit as a 34 OLB if anything i heard he has a great motor on the field and plays nonstop. As for Jones i think he more of a strong safety type id rather have a cover safety morgan burnett out of ga tech is someone id love to pick up
