Why are Mezz seats so hard to sell?

Mezz seats offer best overall view in house in Giants Stadium. There are only 11 rows, shortest lines to bathroom and beer and Mezz front row seats from sideline give the best overall view in stadium. On top of that Jets charge $115while lower sideline is only $105.

Yet in secondary market Jet Mezz tickets are a much harder sell than lower sideline tickets and go for less money in secondary market even though they have a higher face value.

    What is up with this?

You and I know it's a great view, but people just assume they want to be close to the action, even though the sight lines suck.

yeah most people just want to be as low as possible. my dad used to have season tickets back in the dark ages of the 90's he loves the mezz.

This phenomenon has screwed me several times, especially now living abroad when I'm trying to get rid of the majority of the season (on that note, pm me if interested in panthers or bengals tix - sec 222). Another reason why I'm actually happy to be moving upstairs in the new stadium.

I'd love some mez seats for the Panthers game.

its because, as big of Jets fans as we all are, no one really wants to sit on the Mezz's lap. Hey-ooooooo

I sit in the Toyota box, which are right under the announcers and owners boxes and basically in the mezz area and I can tell you that you get the best view of the WHOLE field in the stadium
