We lost a big game to our probably biggest foe now and for the next 8 years based the Qb play we saw yesterday but for fucks sake, lets get it in perspective. It hurts because we all see we are close to being really good but are just a fraction away from a true force ( cough DE cough!!) BUT!!! Remember the Kotite years , the constant let down of Joe Walton , the Broncos game and Doug O Brien. To hear people today and read this board its like we are 1-15 and have just signed Gholston to a new 7 year deal! We are first placed in the AFCE. We have two very winnable games against 2 poor teams . We have a young QB playing beyond what any of us expected and a young team with a huge upside that does still need improvements This franchise has seen some shit my friends but this is a mere detour in our road back to greatness. it may not be 09 but , its coming !!! If we'd lost the first two games and then gone on a three-game tear we'd all be ecstatic. It happened the other way around and it's not surprising that a lot of fans are down after two straight losses, one of them a heartbreaker. It's natural to have a mourning period after a bereavement you know! People will bounce back and I certainly don't feel like breaking out my biggest grin today. Doesn't mean I'm not a fan.

Feel pissed today, and we all are feeling that way. Tomorrow, we are 3 -2 and tied for first place in the AFC East. Look foward to Buffalo and have some faith in the coaching staff that they will fix the gameplan for the Dolphins the next time out. I feel they will. On Sunday, let's rebound and stomp the Bills. We have not had an easy time beating them at home. And there is a Green Out on Sunday. Get green!!

No giving up! If the Jets take care of business as they should in front of the home crowd this weekend and the Titans finally get their first win, we are sitting pretty in first all by ourselves.. (Not counting on that but it could happen) LETS GO JETS!!!
I will always sport the Jets gear! Win or lose. There are a lot of people here, myself included, that are considered "darksiders" because of there attitude about our team after a loss. My attitude following a loss does not in anyway affect my strength of commitment to the Jets. I am a Jets fan all the way, win or lose. I guess I just hide my disappointment in a shroud of pessimism. I will continue to come here and express my views on the most recent game or topic. I will do this with the mindset that i may take heat for it or may get applauded for what I have to say. I take pride in my team. I show it every week. No Jet poster on this site should ever be accused of any less. They may have bad attitudes about one another or a particular subject, but the point is, they are still fans of the same team. If they weren't true fans, they would not come back every week to berate someone or something that happned to the Jets. Go Green!!!
