The wildcat is the same old crap, Rex needs to be more aggressive, when you don't blitz the wild cat and don't stack the box the line has the opportunity to move up and eat up the defenders. If you sit there and play react the line is coming at you with a full head of steam and is able to pick you up. Whenever they shed the blocks though the just did a bad job of tackling. It was just a matter of not being aggressive. 9 out of 10 times Ronnie Brown is going to run than throw the ball. Even on that last score, you take a look and the linebackers didnt even crowd the line they were just waiting in the end zone. That's what the ravens did last year and the Jets did not

It's not the same old crap. They never loaded up the line like that last season. As far as stopping it, we held them well under their average YPC on the season last night. It was the gameplan that killed us against the pass.

its funny you mention that because i actually woke up with some shit ass jimmy buffet song in my head and the first thing i thought was, we lost to miami................FUCK. I wanted to sweep em this year. i really dont take them seriously as an nfl team though, theyre just too gay, and im a pretty tolerant guy, but theyre way too gay for me.

They added an extra blocker, my point is Rex did not attack, he played scared. Baltimore came in there and freaking attacked them to force them out of the wild cat. Since Ryan let his defense stand there and take it, they kept going to it.

now you know how i felt during that stretch that jets had about 7-8 straight games on miami.

sucks to have your rival beat you out of the playoffs one year and then run a known play down your mouth the next year for 60 minutes, huh?

hopefully, it's a sign of times... we haven't had a 50 yard pass since marino! go henne!!

Don't sweat it man, we have owned the rushing game against EVERY team we have played so far so you guys are not alone!
We are still number one in rushing in the NFL, so it's not a damn gimmick, it's a rushing offense and i am unsure ANYONE can stop it with the personnel we have on our line this year. We have a new center and a new starting RT Guard, not to mention a probowl left tackle and (i think) a pro bowl rt tackle.

Ravens Beat the Jags, took the final wild card spot. Patriots beat the bills if the Jets won, the pats would of made the playoffs. Jets Dolphins at 4pm, both happened at 1:00 PM.......let's see 1PM is before 4:00 Pm..............Don't talk shit when you don't know what you are saying.

When they played miami last season wk 17 baltimore had already knocked the Jets from the playoffs with their win. Then knocked miami out in the wildcard game. miami kept the pats out of the playoffs not the Jets.
