Is it me or does he miss a lot of tackles. I know this is intrinsically tied to his aggressive nature but I sure seemed to see # 57 lagging behind with an outstretched arm a bunch of times today, especially when it counted the most
The guy has been nothing short of great all year. Players and teams are allowed to have bad games, this was the D's first bad game all year.
He had a bad game. Missed a lot of tackles. For what he's provided through the first 4 games, he gets a pass for this game. The entire defense was late by a step.
There were a ton of missed tackles tonight. Calvin Pace missed a few even David Harris missed a couple. The defense did not get on the plane to Miami.
Throughout the whole game I kept thinking of his quote in SI of how he wanted the Fins to run the Wildcat on every down cuz they had the answer. HA!!!
He had an awful game tonight. I still fully expect an angry Jets team to dismantle the Bills. But this sucks.
I wouldn't get too cocky, we play again in a few weeks and it took everything you guys had at home in desperation mode to beat us and we're still ahead of you. Congrats on beating us, you deserved the win but we'll see what happens when we meet again.
Nobody is turning on our players. They just did not play well point blank. Watch Rex Ryan's post game conference he was worse on our players than we are here.
The whole D played like shit today. Funny how one loss will take Scott from Pro-Bowl expectee to the waiver wire. He's still good, they just outcoached us today. I can't believe how effective that wildcat trash was. FUCK.
No just telling it like it is. No one is turning on players and especially not the team. Fact is, I like Scott but he played horribly. A spade is a spade. YAY! Go JETS! but you know what? they played bad and Lost and it's just looking at the reasons why.
-Bart Scott is AMAZING. -David Harris is AMAZING. -Calvin Pace is AMAZING. Tonight, not so much. //Thread.
So true. One week, they are the heroes. Next wk, they become the zeroes. Remember that Chad Pennington press conference where he lectured the Press? That is so true.
