The line I see in the paper is the Jets started as 2.5 point favorites, but have fallen to 1.5 point favorites. So all you people predicting a blowout should hurry on down to your local bookie, and make enough money to pay for your PSL's. Not that I'm advocating illegal betting.
lmao to all of you saying your going to blow us out... Where is your logic in that? Your on the road against a division rival. You have an inexpierenced qb going against prolly a top 3 front 7. Yea you could try to run it but your average rushing attack most likely wont do much against our #1 ranked rush defense. If anything our run game has a hell of a lot better chance of getting the run going then you guys do. As for passing the trade for Edwards is only going to hurt you for this game as an expierenced average receiever in the scheme which you had in Stuckey is going to be better then an above average receiver that doesn't know the scheme and is going to have timing issues with any qb let alone a rookie. To predict a blowout is just rediculious and ignorant. Not going to predict any winner but i think it'll be close last one to make a mistake loses.
Everyone that follows a losing team thinks it's going to be close and come down to the last mistake. It's called denial.
That speaks volumes to me. You know your going to lose too scared of eating your words that you won't even post a prediction.
Oh man, that's even funnier ! Our guys gassed...... Prepare for your rushing stats to take a big dive.........:rofl2:
I agree with your blowout comments, but disagree with the rest. Yes, you have a good run defense, but either you will respect the downfield threat represented by Edwards and Clowney or you will get burned by them....and when you pull guys out of the box to cover them, Neon Leon and company will light you up on the ground and Keller will over the middle..... No blow out, Jets/Fins games never are, but Jets win by at least 2 scores.
Too bad none of the four teams that we've played so far have been able to figure out the wildcat, even with a years worth of tape. Wake-up call incominggggggggg
Nov 19, 2000 20-3 Jets. Nov 18, 2001 24-0 Jets. Nov 1, 2004 41-14 Jets. Dec 2, 2007 40-13 Jets. Never say never. Never.
Great point. It's not like anybody, named Rex Ryan, shoved the Wildcat up Tony Sparano's ass, twice, last season. 27-13 and 27-9 in case you already forgot. Great post. :finssuck:
I will say it again, The Jets ARE NOT the Ravens and other teams HAD THE same amount of time AND TAPE to study in order to stop the wildcat thus far. Guess what? They didn't, even with all those resources and all that studying, they still weren't able to copy anything the Ravens did last year. I think you will find out that the miami running game will do more than what you think it will come monday night. I am saying both the wildcat and the conventional running game.
What ever you need to fabricate to sleep at night, have at it. Enjoy the AFC East Cellar. Tell Buffalo we said hi. And btw, we aren't the Ravens. They're 8th in Defense, we're 4th.
It's ok, I'll tell my boy Donald Thomas to shit all over your Dline come monday night. He will be able to all by himself, he's that good.
Oh and nice comeback there btw. I loved how you refuted the part about the 4 teams that haven't been able to stop our running game yet. God I should waive Thomas Jones from my damn fantasy league, he has been pathetic this year.
I really hope you're just yanking my crank. 3 of the four teams that couldn't stop the wildcat....beat you. Congratulations. You suck with an "unstoppable" formation.
