For me it has to be his composure and his pocket presence. Some quarterbacks wow you with their speed, others with their cannon arm, many with their accuracy. But I just love the way he stands in the pocket and reads the defense. Anybody notice how he sets up? Ever notice how after Peyton Manning drops back, he never sits still in his stance and just kinda bounces around on his toes, from leg to leg? Something as little as that, that eagerness to compete, is what really endears me to Clemens

    His quick delivery.

I don't think that he should be annointed the best QB in the draft like many people on this site believe (let alone the best draft pick in Jets history) but he is a solid QB.

Hes pretty mobile I hope he still has it, even though he broke his ankle.

I doubt a broken ankle takes away from his mobility.

His touch...Just enough air under the football to get over the defender and into the WR's hands...He's got alot of positives, and i'd be more than happy to see him as our QB in 2007.

I really like the fact that he can create with his feet. Joe Montana was a fantastic passer, but he was also a good scrambler and because of that ability it gave him more time to throw.

I noticed that too. He throws the ball at a great speed and and position to be caught in stride. Often though, it was not fast or hard. I think his finesse on those passes lead to the incorrect reporting of less than average arm strength, when in reality he is near the top of the class. VERY excited about him.

He seems to have very good accuracy hitting receivers in stride most of the time.

He should have his mobility back...take it from me, i had 2 compund fractures on my left ankle playing college ball. Was able to play the next season. It takes a little patience but you can def. get your mobility and speed back. A broken ankle affects your ability to cut more then anything.

I really like his accuracy: completes 64% of his passes, threw 19 TDs to only 4 INTs in 289atts,(that's 1 INT for every 72 passes) plus he was only sacked 8 times, now that's good pocket presence.

He has a nice release. One of the things I hated with Chad, that slow delivery. Good mobility as well, despite what some scouting reports have said. As others have said, hopefully the ankle injury doesn't slow him down.

Man, I don't know what it is, either his scouted lack of accuracy or his strange similarity to a number of Grey Cup winners and backup NFL quarterbacks.

I couldn't hate this pick more.

Don't be stupid. Ron Jaworski likes Clemens, so whatever you think is irrelevant

A 64% pass completion rate sounds good to me. Its nothing like Brian Brohm's 69, but it aint Jay Cutler's 59 either

Yeah, the only difference is that Ron Jaworski actually played the position and knows what he is talking about.
