Yes thats right I believe that in a max of 3 years, the Colts will no longer be the super powerhouse they are. Couple the bad coaching with the soon to be decline of Peyton manning and Reggie Wayne from the elites of their position to just being very good to good, and you can see that the Colts have maybe 3 years left at the peak...

Aside from Rex, I think my 2 favorite rookie HCs are Cable and McDaniels. They guarantee that there will be at least 2 teams shittier than the Jets this season.
Hey I wanted Singeltary to be the Jets coach, McDaneils is so cocky. But looking at new head coaches in the college and pro rankings I hate Lane Kiffin so much more than anyone else
The decline of Manning and others will have WAY more of a factor than coaching. As it is Manning runs the offense anyway so that shouldn't be too much of a factor.
