Just wondering about this

    Do you think if the jets were to be facing green bay this season brett favre would of come back for another season, kind of a dumb question but i was just wondering

    The jets didn't want him back. It doesn't matter.

    I doubt we wanted him back and I doubt he wanted to come back......but in the end I guess we will never know. One of life's great mystery's.

    No, wouldn't make a difference. He has pulled this stunt the last 3 or 4 offseasons. He just happened to be a Jet last year when he pulled his annual "I'm retiring" stunt. He still would've left and came back as usual.

    Favre made it easy for the the Jets by retiring. I'm sure Rex was thrilled. Rex never made any attempt to contact Favre and ask him to stay. Rex wanted no part of Favre.

    Nobody could blame him for that, sure he will do to the Vikings exactly what he did for us, build the expectations and then knock em down.

    Nobody can blame favre for playing this silly game when he can get 12 million bucks a year to skip training camp, the offseason, etc... he'll never retire as long as this charade continues and some team's willing to pay him.

    Maybe Favre just forgets how much he hates being a farmer, until he retires.

    Favre signed with Vikings he planned to do that last year but couldnt so he had to come to Ny.

    Now hes with the Vikings and gets to play Green Bay Twice
