Good to see. On a side note during last nights total access Jets training camp, they showed a liitle of Gholston and it looked like he worked on getting his hands up and getting off of blocks. Two major factors in him being sucessful this year.
yeah those swim moves were new to his repertoire. The coach in the back was ginning at what Gholston was doing in that drill. He looked quicker than last year, a lot quicker. Thats a positive sign and a step in the right direction... But I think there is still a lot of progress left. I'd like to see him start a fight in practice, even if its out of character.

this is 100% more exciting than the QB battle, i can honestly say. if gholston plays like this, i don't care if ainge plays QB.
i was being overly optimistic, but yes, BT will be a 4 sack bench player when pace returns, only to dominate when he gets in the rotation.
Weight loss is accelerated the larger you are...I don't think it's that bad in this case. If nothing else, his heart and his knees are thankful.
