Or when Sterling said today that Ransom raised his palms "like this". I guess he isn't aware that we can't see him when he's doing radio stuff.

I'm convinced that a male Red Sox fan would never get to do Yankees broadcasts. Is Waldman truly female, though? They should check.

I am certain he thought it was the most important thing he spoke about all night.

My more naive half would like to see Phil's success convince people that talented pitchers will do well out of the pen, period. Won't happen, though.

Not that I could see. Just looked uncomfortable. Fixing his belt, his sleeve, his hat, etc... more than usual. Velocity was fine... maybe down a tick from last night. Couldn't command the curve as well as he normally does. Missed with a few fastballs, too.

    Yes!

13 of our last 15! .5 behind the Sox.

    Season sweep of the Twins!

Jesus Montero ranked #3 on BA's midseason prospect rankings.

Wow, and here I was thinking all along this kid was a victim of NY hype. Holy shit that's good. Kid's going to project a Miggy C type bat.

Looking good so far - 3 runs on only ONE hit. Nice.

    LOL!

I suck at life. I just realized the "Yankees Encore" written on the top right-hand corner of the screen. Oy.

    *****SPOILER ALERT*****

First time ever that the Yankees swept the Twins in a season series.

That homer was Teixeira's first since he hit one against the Mets.

Haha. I was wondering why the board was quiet during a Yankees game. Jeez.

I thought they said it was the first time since 2003. Or 2005. Not ever.
