    I think we can say that it's a foregone conclusion that Jamarcus Russell will fall on his face sometime in the next season.

    I predict Week 5. Originally I was going to say after their Bye but that doesn't come til Week 9. Which might be pointless since they could be 1-7 by then. So my guess is Week 5. They'll give Russell 4 chances and he'll go 1-3 and Garcia will be the QB behind center against the Giants.

    If Garcia starts week 1, the Raiders will go 7-9. If JR is the starter, than 3-13
