The Jets have been known throughout their history for just making bad decisions and not taking advantages of oppurtunities with the draft. Well, now is the time to change it. New regime, let's completely change the face of our franchise. The Texans are incredibly stupid for passing up on Bush, make them pay for their mistake. Take a risk, trade up to 2, go for the gold. Don't let this be Kyle Brady over Sapp, Ken O'Brien over Marino, Bryan Thomas over Ed Reed. We're one of the most laughed at franchises in sports, the 21st worst franchise according to recent polls, this is our chance to change all that. We have a once in a lifetime player that can be ours, we should have the best chance to get him with two first round picks. Sure we have a lot of holes, but Bush by himself makes us a contender. This is a chance to reverse our fortunes, learn from our mistakes. Even if Bush turns out a complete bust, at least we will know we took a risk, we went for the splash instead of doing the wrong thing by sitting at 4. It will be worth it. GET BUSH IN GREEN!!! :jets:
I don't think we will move up. We have so many holes they will want to use the picks to get as many good players as possible. With that said I still would move up tp get reggie.

yeah but whoever we take at #29 and #35 could be a BUST there are no guarantees in life, especially with the draft. it's a crapshoot. go for Bush. the guy is a once-in-a-lifetime talent

I dont care its REGGIE BUSH this not some average 1st round rb, the guy needs to be picked no matter how much it takes.(as long as we dont get raped with NO taking basically all of our good picks.)
Exactly. We cannot, I repeat... CANNOT pass on Bush. He is an absolute playmaker and gamechanger. We need to make this deal. We passed on Marino.. We passed on Rice.. We passed on Emmitt... let's make up for it all!
If we could get this deal done, and keep our 29th pick that would be amazing. We could still get a good tackle such as Eric Winston with that pick. Also we would still have a third, 2 fourths, a fifth, and a seventh to address the rest of our needs.
