I don't know if this has been asked or not but you being the cap guru I want to get the story from you... Pennington is due 15 million including his bonus which I assume would be pushed back to Monday morning at 12:01 AM. If he is cut before that he counts as 12 million against the cap. What would the savings be if he were to restructure to say 2.75 million for this season. Can they do the contract so that he wouldn't recieve tha 3 million dollar bonus and if so would that also give us more money to be under the cap?
