same as i said before. Rhodes, will be fine, if he isnt the subject of the investigation, he clearly wasnt the guy who raped her, if she was indeed raped. Also now that I sat back a little, and had time to think on it , the people automatically defending rhodes, saying not only that he didnt do it, but that "the bitch was askin for it" are stupid. These same people would be all over a patriot who was accused of rape, say Rodney Harrison for instance. Saying he clearly did it, and he should be banned from the NFL for life before the investigation was 24 hours old. Let this play out, and what will be, will be. If Rhodes isnt the subject of the investigation then not only are the Jets in the clear, but so is Rhodes. and you know what? If Rhodes did rape her, (or anyone further down the line for that matter) He deserves to go to jail, to do his time, and he damn sure should not be held in high regard anymore. I believe any athlete who does the crime should do the time. I am far more sad when it's one of my guys, but if he did it, I don't want him on my team, and I damn sure expect him to go to jail like the average joe would. That said, I still hope he didnt do it. Actually I hope the girl wasnt actually raped, not because that would mean it was a false accusation, but the traumatic aftermath of being raped is so severe, no one should ever have to go through it. for the girls well-being i hope she has made a false accusation.

First we don't know what happened in the house, so nobody can say she wasn't raped.
